2 Slices turkey
½ cup cooked shelled edamame
½ cup sliced strawberries
salt and pepper
1. In a blender, blend the avocado with the lemon juice salt and pepper to make a creamy dressing
2. Smash the edamame and add a little salt
3. Take a slice of turkey and spread the edamame on it.
4. Add the sliced strawberries and them dress with the avocado dressing and wrap up.

Notes: These were kind of hard to eat to be honest with you. Rarely like things wrapped like this with 2 open ends, so make sure to not use thin sliced turkey. The flavors are very fresh and make you feel awake, so it’s a good low carb dish. You will be hungry again soon though. I hope you like it!
